The CP-25 produces domain-specific scores (0–100) and a composite coherence index.
Interpretation framework:
- 0–40: Significant fragmentation / regulatory instability
- 41–60: Moderate instability / partial coherence
- 61–80: Emerging coherence / functional stability
- 81–100: High coherence / robust regulatory stability
Norming data and clinical cutoffs will be published as they become available.
